Four Vs. Three

Here's the dirt on how these objects relate to one another:

Four is the successor of three. The two numbers are relatively prime, so, together, linear combinations of them generate the whole set of integers. More uniquely, 4 and 3 are the first pair of relatively prime numbers (assuming pairs don't count when one of the numbers is 1).
